Great experience!!! They installed our A/C unit last year. The owner came out and explained the process, was friendly and respectful and knowledgeable. We had a problem recently (our new puppy chewed thru one of the wires). The owner came out himself and fixed the issue quickly. Great experience, highly recommend!

Called monday am ,and explained my problem got a call back very quickly and at 12 noon Chris came out and in 10 mins had my heating system going ,I can't say good enough things about this Company, Ive used Josh prior within the last year ,with my dryer venting problem, had to reroute my vent the right way , This Company is excellent they get the job done and back there work you can't go wrong by using them

We were very pleased with the service we received from Josh and his crew. They were at our home at the time promised. The crew used drop cloths and plastic in the area they worked, and at the end of the job did a great job on the clean up. The crew worked hard, not wasting time and they completed our job on the one day. Also pleased with the new heater Josh recommended. It is very energy efficient. Josh is very knowledgeable in his HVAC profession.

Josh came out after not having heat for almost two days. He showed up right when he said he would arrive, was able to figure out what the issue was with our furnace in about 5 minutes and got it running. You don't get service like that from other companies in the Flagstaff area at all! Would highly recommend him and his company for anyone's heating or cooling needs!

I called Executive Heating late in the day one Friday evening. Google said they were closed but the receptionist answered. She took my information and within minutes I received a call back from Josh. He offered to come over that evening but it wasn't urgent so we scheduled for early the following week. Josh arrived on time and even called ahead to make sure it was still a good time for me to meet. After checking out my furnace, he determined all it needed was a little cleaning. He didn't even charge me for the service call. I appreciate his honesty. Great service. High marks. Highly recommend.

I called Executive Heating & Air Conditioning late in the day one Friday evening. It was about 5:30. Google said they were closed. So I expected an answering machine. But the receptionist answered. Took my information. And I received a call from Josh within minutes. He offered to come over that evening but it wasn't urgent. So we scheduled a service appointment early the following week. Josh arrived on time and even called ahead to make sure the time would still work. He investigated the furnace and determined it just needed a little cleaning, nothing more. I wouldn't have known better so I really appreciate his honesty. It was such a simple fix, he didn't even charge me for the service call. Great experience. Honest brokers. High marks all around. Really exceeded my expectations.

Josh came to our house in Smokerise. Josh was very courteous and patient with us, and he was very pleasant Josh carefully looked at the inside and outside of our house to see if a zone AC/Heat system would work, and Josh was glad to see our house is set-up for it. We have been using Executive for a few years now for all our furnace maintenance and have been happy with the service provided with fair and honest pricing. The owner Josh is friendly and easy to communicate with and is happy to answer any questions you have. During recent construction we discovered that our old house had ducting that was probably at least 40 years old and had never been cleaned! We are sensitive to various allergens in the area and had decades of dust, pollens, mice droppings and who knows what else lurking in the duct, so we called and found out Executive does vent clean outs and has the right tools for the job. Josh brought a powerful machine to suck everything out in reverse while the brush knocked everything loose and then sent a light sanitizer through. We feel much better knowing every time the furnace kicks on we now have clean ducts and can rest assured now that our little ones can breathe clean air. We would highly recommend Executive for any heating or cooling work you need done!

In an era where customer service is unheard of Josh came out in the middle of a snow storm #snowapocalypse to fix our furnace after we woke up to a foot of snow with no heat. The part we needed had to be shipped to Flag so Josh made a temporary fix to keep us warm until it could arrive. Thanks for taking care of us!

Josh, the owner, did a duct cleaning for us and I was extremely happy with his exceptional customer service. He is very friendly, on time, and reasonably priced. He did a thorough cleaning of all the ducts and vents. Prior to the cleaning he came to the house to give us an estimate rather than just quoting over the phone. No other company I called offered this and I felt better knowing that he had given a quote based on what he saw. He got the job done in a timely manner and I have already hired him to service the heater in an additional home. I highly recommend Executive HVAC!

Josh, the owner of Executive is a real joy to work with. His prices are very reasonable, his work is top-notch and he gives great customer service. We had him install a new gas furnace and do a complete duct overhaul in our house. He listened to all of the problems we had with our old system and made sure to explain how he was going to fix those problems. Each day he showed up on time and each day he not only responded to our questions, but actually made time to ask if we had any questions or concerns before he started work. He did a great job keeping our house clean and made sure that we were not only satisfied with the heat, but the way he left our house too. I could not recommend him highly enough. He deserves six stars!
